A Message from the CEO: Reflecting on a Successful Year

As the end of the calendar year draws to a close, it is time to reflect on our progress as a business over the last 12 months.

2022 has been a great year for Octopus, particularly against the backdrop of a challenging covid period for the world.

In January 2022 we moved to new larger offices in Gibraltar and appointed Marcin Bulera as Head of our Client Accounting Team in February. This has allowed us to offer bookkeeping, accounts, tax returns and payroll services to all our existing and new clients.

Our intermediary network has continued to expand, and our systems and processes have been constantly updated to ensure we have a smooth process for onboarding new clients and maintaining our current client base.

In September 2022, we appointed Phil Cartwright as Head of Business Development to expand our service offering and open new doors for our business. Quarter 4 of 2022 has been extremely busy for new Gibraltar companies.

We are pleased to have developed new relationships, with both,  professional introducers of business and trusted tax and legal advisors.

Our social media presence has increased, adding a blog to our website www.octopus.gi and becoming active on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Follow us to keep up to date in 2023.

In addition, we have spent the last quarter preparing to launch our new service offering in January 2023. We will be providing Gibraltar Corporate Directors and Gibraltar Nominee Shareholders for clients who require this along with introduction to Gibraltar banking facilities.
